Sink The Neon Glow

Sink the neon glow deep into my heart, radiate my soul, I'm a biohazard. Twist my mind - unrecognizable - so I can flow down into the abyss of the human soul. Higher on the wall the writing gets thin, where everybody wants a prime spot for themselves. Drive nails through my feet and my soles, so I can climb the wall of steel and concrete. I'll sink my teeth into the flesh of the world, leave my bruises for everyone to see, like some cosmetic tattoo, so you can worship my pain.

Rain

If the clouds are heavy on my shoulders, why can't the rain just fall down on me and release me from this suffering and cleanse the spots all over my tired soul until it is gone washed away disappeared until I am no more and I can finally go up into the sky small parts of me thousands of them and I can fall rain down upon the world, parts of me keeping the world alive, cleansing another unfortunate soul a circle for all eternity I will be

On A Cold Morning

On a cold morning the smell of freshly washed sheets ice outside the window the morning sun illuminating the room and your whispers of the fading souls, the burning of the heart, the world slipping away from reality and the memories of the veil becoming thin, dancing with the dead, dancing in my mind, dancing in your mind, both of us harmonizing a melody symphonic, calm, like a whisper on a cold winter morning and the knowledge of the world beyond, what the stars look like when you're one of them, floating in the cold and dark surrounded by a million a billion a trillion beautiful, glowing, sparkling lights, just like you and knowing that this moment will vanish in time.
